1. Familiar with common commercial roofing systems- single ply membranes (EPDM, PVC, TPO), slate-tile, metal, and shingles. 

2. Serve as point of contact for project. 

3. Manage tracking roofing project (estimate and schedule)

4. Coordination of labor scheduling. 

5. Handling of all project paper work (submittal, change orders, and closeout documents)

6. Effective communication skills (both verbally and written)

7. Minimum of 5 years commercial roofing experience

8. US drivers license required

1. N.W. Martin & Brothers is looking for a Superintendent in Commercial Roofing that responsible for daily production of the crews, and works closely with project managers. The Superintendent should meet the following qualifications:

2. Familiar with major commercial roof systems such as build up, metal, slate & tile, flat (TPO-PVC-EPDM), cold process, shingle, and torched roofs.

3. Manage and schedules crews for the upcoming jobs.

4. Oversee daily operations of roofing crews at the job sites.

5. Effective communication and team interaction skills to ensure all crews are working all the time.

6. Ensure all materials and tools are available for the crews on the job.

7. Order materials based on actual project drawings and or field measurements.

8. Schedule deliveries and resources and works closely with company Project Managers

9. Sketch up metal accessory drawings for shop to make.

10. Ensure that crews are producing according to schedules, and responsible for job progress.

Weekly pay + benefits + paid vacation + overtime pay.
Valid US Driver’s License is a plus.
Experience with EPDM, PVC, Shingle, BUR, TPO, Metal, Metal Work, Slate & Tile is a plus.
